If you're too cold for a protein shake, try this microwave protein lava cake!
𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞
𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘹. 285 𝘤𝘢𝘭 (26𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯/8𝘨 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘴/32𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘴)
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
20g vanilla or chocolate whey protein isolate (I use @legion)
25g Kodiak Power Cakes mix
70g unsweetened almond milk
15g semisweet chocolate chips
Sweetener to taste (if your protein powder is sweetened you may not need this)
Combine all ingredients in a large mug & microwave for 50-60 seconds. A small circle in the center should still be wet when you remove it- that is the “lava”! 🍫🌋
